Hosts - To make sure atvara clients have the best experience possible, our hosts are friendly, informative, and ready to serve. An atvara host will assist clients in scheduling, checking in for class, preparing for a float in the flotation pod or a session in the salt room. All atvara hosts help keep the studio and facility ready to say "Welcome!" to clients. And of course, our hosts offer deep knowledge about wellness and atvara services.
Hannah
Hannah is a true Kernersville native as she has lived in Kernersville her entire life.
She loves spending time with her family and considers herself a crafting enthusiast!
Hannah is also an LPN and worked as a nurse full-time for a couple of years. However her true desire is to work side-by-side with her husband Jesse as they run their Videography and Photography business, JTPerceptions, together.
She made the switch from her full-time nursing career to working part time and joined the studio in the Fall of 2017. Hannah says that she's absolutely loved the change and that working at the studio provides her with such a stress-free, laid back and positive environment. The staff, and even the yoga students are all so kind and enjoy talking with one another.
Yoga has always been a present practice in Hannah's home growing up, but she says she never full embraced or understood the immense benefits of yoga until joining the studio. She has since then started attending the classes herself; incorporating the healing nature of practicing yoga back into her life. Hannah feels truly blessed to be part of Atvara's crew and is so excited to see it continue to grow and blossom.

“I love being a part of the atvara team, not only because of the other staff members, but I really love getting to know the community at atvara.
I truly believe that in order to be in our best health, we need to work from within, and atvara helps you do that. Not only do our services help you work on physical goals, but from the moment you walk in the door you let go of all the things that are weighing you down internally. You can take classes in a no judgement zone. Every service that atvara offers is restorative… one breath at a time!
I love being part of the team and watching lives change right before our eyes.”
